It was an interesting tussle on whether the show was canceled or not, but unfortunately it was the former for Famous in Love.
The Freeform series Famous in Love has officially been canceled after two seasons and 20 episodes. According to TV By The Numbers the second season averaged 254,000 viewers, down on season one’s 331,000 viewers.
The show starred Bella Throne from Shake It Up fame, alongside Carter Jenkins, Charlie DePew, Georgie Flores, Niki Koss, Keith Powers, Pepi Sonuga and Perrey Reeves. The show was developed for screen by I. Marlene King, best known for her work on Pretty Little Liars, and original author Rebecca Serle, who wrote the the book Famous in Love in which the show was based off.
